Hello, I’m Rylee Peak, Chairperson of the Parks, Community Services, & Trails Committee for the City of Moreno Valley. Now in my fourth year of service, I am honored to lead efforts that enhance the recreational, cultural, and environmental resources of our city. My role includes reviewing policies, proposing initiatives, and collaborating with city officials to ensure our parks, programs, and trail systems meet the needs of our diverse and growing community.

My commitment to public service extends beyond my role with the city. I am currently pursuing an associate’s degree in Political Science and Government at Moreno Valley College, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to better serve our city and its residents. Previously, I served as Chair of the School Site Council at Palm Middle School, where I contributed to improving student involvement and academic performance. My experience in leadership roles has taught me the value of collaboration and listening to diverse perspectives.

During my tenure, I have focused on expanding access to quality recreational spaces and ensuring our community services are inclusive and impactful. By working closely with residents and stakeholders, I aim to develop programs and infrastructure that foster wellness, connectivity, and a sense of pride in our city. Whether it’s advocating for park upgrades, trail expansions, or family-friendly events, I strive to ensure every resident has opportunities to engage and thrive in Moreno Valley.

As someone deeply invested in our community’s success, I am proud to contribute to the city’s vision of creating vibrant spaces that bring people together and promote active, healthy lifestyles. Serving as Chairperson is both a privilege and a responsibility, and I am committed to ensuring that our parks and services reflect the needs and aspirations of all who call Moreno Valley home. Together, we can continue building a community where everyone feels valued and connected.

I plan on running for office when I turn 18 so I can continue to serve the wonderful city I call home!
